Description
Himalayan bath salt contains 84 essential minerals, more than any other bath salt, including magnesium, potassium, bromide and calcium which are readily absorbed into the skin during a 15-30 minute bath.Add 125 to 250g of Alexander Himalayan bath salt to a bath tub then fill the bath with warm water. Make sure the water temperature is around body temperature – 38C for maximum benefit. For a mineral treatment soak for around 15 minutes or soak 30 minutes for a full body detox.
