What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

Our stylist’s time is valuable, please make sure to provide 24 hours notice if you’re unable to make your appointment. If you are experiencing any Covid 19 symptoms, this is an exception and late cancellations will not be penalized. If you do not show for your appointment, your client file will be flagged and you may be asked for a deposit when you make your next appointment.

Will I get a confirmation?

We’re happy to provide courtesy confirmations but it’s our client’s responsibility to make sure to note their own appointments and arrive on time.

Do you take deposits?

We’re taking a $100 deposit on all colour appointments over 2 hours for NEW CLIENTS ONLY and you must give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel (Covid symptoms are the only exception, see below).

Your deposit will be safely held in your account and applied to your final bill. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us with at least 24 hours notice, so we can fill the appointment. A no show, or late cancel will result in the loss of your deposit and your account being flagged. We understand that life happens and we appreciate your consideration when your plans change.

Running behind?

Give us a ring if you’re running more than 15 minutes late. Arriving late for your appointment could result in disappointment if your stylist doesn’t have time for the service you’re booked in for.

What is the return policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or give us a call. If you’re unhappy with your product for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to make things right.

For our online shop…

If you want to try a new product or need to top up on your favourite Hive Product lines you can arrange for curbside pick up, pick up in our location or we will deliver to any Woodstock address…and in the warmer months we will deliver by bike or walking to minimize our footprint!
